The Camera Lens Shop Limited Warranty Coverage All products have a 7 day limited warranty. All branded electronics that The Camera Lens Shop provide are original and brand new. Manufacture's warranty is normally twelve months (please check this with your local service centre). The manufacture may refuse to honour the twelve month warranty if the product is imported, this is at the their discretion.
The limited warranty covers the following
DOA (Dead on Arrival) means that the product either cannot be turned on or be ready in use after removing packaging. Customer must report this situation to The Camera Lens Shop within 24 hours of receipt. If the product is not tested or examined by the customer within the first 24 hours after the goods are received, the DOA return policy is invalid.
No further exception will be considered about the 24 hour time limit. The 24 hours starts from the time recorded as "delivered" in the delivery service.
The Camera Lens Shop will replace or fix a DOA product, In the event that a replacement or repair cannot be made due to product unavailability or any other reason, The Camera Lens Shop will refund the customer in full including the original shipping cost. A repair order may take up to fourteen days starting from the day when The Camera Lens Shop accepts the defective unit. The Camera Lens Shop has the right to make the final decision on whether a replacement or a repair is made under.
Neither network dependent features nor firmware related issues will be covered by our limited warranty. Regardless if the issue is permanent or not. The Camera Lens Shop has the right to decide if the issue pointed out by the client is a network dependent feature or not.

The Camera Lens Shop Return Policy All returns must be agreed by The Camera Lens Shop a fully completed returns form must be filled out by the customer and emailed to The Camera lens Shop for approval, Returned purchases without an approval form from The Camera Lens Shop will not be processed. Any shipping and handling expenses on returns without a duly completed approval form will be the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receiving the item from the customer, The Camera Lens Shop will examine and test for the problem, If The Camera Lens Shop cannot reproduce the same problem indicated by the customer, the return will not be accepted.
All returns from The Camera Lens Shop will be via ground shipping methods or the equivalent this will be decided by The Camera Lens Shop
In the case of returning the product, customer is fully liable for the product's safe return to us. Product must be received within seven days and by insured mail.
The return merchandise should include the RMA number issued by the The Camera Lens Shop, order no., name, shipping details, contact telephone, and the reason for return. All accessories and booklets must be included inside the packaging as it was originally received by the customer. Return items should be boxed and well packaged. Any missing items, damaged parts or inappropriate detail will not be accepted. The Camera Lens Shop will have the right to dispose of any unidentified return aged over fourteen days without notifying the customer.
No replacement will be given on those unidentified returns after it has been disposed of. Customer is responsible for the returns shipping cost.

The Camera Lens Shop Shipping Insurance Coverage Shipping insurance is a guarantee that the shipment will be compensated in case of lost in transit or damaged on arrival up to the declared value of the shipment only. You are not covered for any other risks including third party losses, loss of trade or re-directed packages. (You are reminded that your tracking number should not be given to your customer as they could re-direct the package.)
Shipments without shipping insurance will only be covered for up to the declared value. Shipments declared at over US$100.00 will be automatically insured to $100.00 US Dollars. Maximum.
With this shipping insurance option, we will either replace or refund to your drop ship account when lost in transit or damaged on arrival.
For each shipment with a total package value over US$100, you may purchase an additional coverage against loss or damage at US$0.64 for each additional US$100 in package value or fraction thereof.
International air shipments may also be governed by the Warsaw Convention, including its liability limitations.
